Sepaku, Kab. style=\"text-align: justify;\">Serda Anjasmara menjelaskan,\u201dadapun isi berita acra kesepakatan diantaranya, Pihak yang Berhak sepakat\/setuju (tidak dirugikan) dengan rencana lokasi pembangunan,namun warga mengusulkan kepastian harga sebelum dilakukan pembebasan tanah,\u201dungkapnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong><em>\u201cMeminta kepastian tentang lokasi KIPP untuk diselesaikan terlebih dahulu,Meminta apabila belum terjadi kesepakatn harga maka lokasi diusulkan bisa berubah pada tahap persiapaan pengadaan tanah,\u201djelasnya.<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lanjutnya, Bahwa pemasangan patok batas terluar akan melibatkan ketua RT dan warga yang berhak\/pemilik bidang style=\"text-align: justify;\">Selain itu warga juga meminta kepastian lokasi KIPP untuk diselesaikan terlebih dahulu, meminta apabila belum terjadi kesepakatan harga maka lokasi diusulkan bisa berubah pada tahap persiapan pengadaan lahan, serta pemasangan patok batas terluar harus melibatkan Ketua RT dan warga yang berhak \/ pemilik bidang tanah.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kegiatan tersebut dihadiri oleh, Perwakilan BPPW PUPR Kaltim Daniel Toding, ST,Kasi perumahan dan permukiman Kab PPU Supriyadi ,Kades Bumi Harapan Kastiyar,Lurah Pemaluan Ari Rahayu,Kasubsi Sengketa BPN PPU La Sukuri,Konsultan Pengadaan Tanah Teguh Kuncoro,Babinsa Desa Bumi Harapan Serda Anjas,Tokoh Masyarakat Bumi Harapan Hassanudin serta Para warga pemilik lahan terdampak Pembangunan
