Basri Rase,S.IP.M.Si (Walikota Bontang), Komandan Upacara Lettu Arh Taufik Muslimin (Paurpers Denarhanud-002\/ABC), Perwira Upacara Lettu Arh Yohanes Bay (Pasi Teritorial Kodim 0908\/Btg), Pembaca Teks Proklamasi Bpk. Andi Faizal Sopyan Hasdam,SH (Ketua DPRD Kota Bontang).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Upacara bendera berlangsung secara khidmat yang dipimpin langsung oleh Wali Kota Bontang Bpk. Basri Rase,S.IP.M.Si dan dihadiri unsur Forkopimda, DPRD, dan para kepala Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) Pemkot Bontang.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Di sela kesempatan, Dandim 0908\/Bontang Letkol Inf Priyo Handoyo., S.Sos., M.Si mengatakan \u201cUpacara tahun ini bertema &#8220;Terus Melaju untuk Indonesia Maju&#8221;.
